plenty of places to catch fish this time of year,skipjacks (baby bluefish) are everywhere and very easy to catch using a $2 popper rig. Good spots to fish with kids would be india point park in prov or bold point in east prov,sabins point park in riverside, barrington beach,colt park in bristol or for bigger fish along the ocean drive in newport. good luck !
