Groton Pond has some very under rated bass fishing, if you have a boat. I've pulled out some 2 and 3 pounders from here so you may want to check it out. I also saw a guy pull out one that looked to be a 5blr! The boat ramp is behind the warwick police station and has parking where you can leave your trailor. Once off the boat ramp, look for lilly pads to your left and stay to the west end of the pond. Good luck!

Been out there once even though I live only a few miles away. THey were supposed to start building a pier near the restrooms over near the bank and Mobil. Always see people out there. I'll have to try to get out there more.

They have started the dock. It's fenced off and I can't get to my off shore spot. Guess I'll just have to take the boat over and see what there doing. I hope I won't be the only one picking up trash down there now, used to be nasty.
