Someone help I purchased a boat and trailer last year and have gotten rid of the boat but stil have the trailer. Someone from RI wants to purchase the trailer but i have no paperwork on it no vin # on trailer and cannot get in contact with the previous owner. Does anyone know how to sell this and/or reg it in another state
