Fished All Weekend...
What a weekend! Beautiful weather, great conditions, but not one fish (not counting the eel I got). Oh well, still a great time! May 14th - Friday night - fished from shore at the Bristol Narrows from 4:30pm until about 11:30pm. Moved over to Independence Park in Bristol and got one eel. Mostly chunk bait - squid, pogie, mackerel, clam. Saturday May 15th - Fished the Narrows again, 11am until 5pm, then 7pm until 5am the next morning. Bait fished, plugged, still nothing! No one else was catching anything either so I don't feel so bad! Sunday May 16th - Fished the back end of Colt State Park - 11am til about 5:30pm. Not even a bite! I'll keep at it though... lost a nice Striper last week just as I was getting it in the net. Next time! Posted at 11:29 AM |
